  • The Big Picture - Articles in a number of different categories. Click on any cartegory at the bottom and you're taken to a page with links to dozens of articles of the same topic.
  • Inventor of the Week - MIT features a new inventor each week, or use the inventor archive for previous weeks.
  • Girls' Life - this great site contains articles and features from the magazine as well as web-only content, such as a help section, a place for you to be a critic, and much, much more!
  • Sports Illustrated For Kids - get news on your favorite athletes and sports, play some fantasy games, try your hand at trivia questions, and lots more.
  • A Girl's World Online Clubhouse - check out cool daily, weekly, and monthly features written and edited entirely by girls and teens from all over the world! Read fun columns, get an e-pal, or sign up to chat with your parents' permission.
  • SuperCross.com - get the latest news and racing info for motocross and supercross. Read Rick Johnson's column and learn about freestyle tricks too. Includes pictures.

  • The Daguerrian Society and the Daguerreotype - Daguerreotypes, the earliest form of what we now call photographs, came about in the early 1800's, and this site gives you a glimpse at some classic ones! So, if you like old-fashioned photos (really old), this site is filled with images from the past. It's kind of a trip back in time.

Step 3: Click on "EBSCOhost Web" -It's at the Top!

Step 4: Select the "Databases" you want. The "top two" and "bottom two" are magazine databases and the "middle two" are encyclopedias.

Step 5: Click on "Full Text"

Step 6: Enter your Keyword(s) --spelled correctly!

Step 7 : Click on "Enter"

Step 8: Click on HTML Full Text or PDF Full Text to get to article.
